We are so excited to have little Carson in our family. Everything went well with the delivery and we are glad to be home. Short version of the "story" is... I didn't feel good on Mon. the 15th and wondered if I had a bug or something. Tues. the 16th I felt a lot better but started having mild contractions every once in a while. The contractions got a little stronger and closer together throughout the day. So luckily Dan was able to come home early and around 4:30 pm we decided to just go to the hospital. We got there around 5 pm and I was a 4 and then shortly after I was a 6. Around this time I got my epidural and then not to much later Carson arrived at 9:08 pm.

Trevin was having a hard time adjusting, so we gave him a Thomas the Train book that came with little trains and a play mat. He loved it!

Thanksgiving Day. Last Thanksgiving at the Dewaals, 4 years goes by pretty fast.

Tara, first of all...you look amazing! I can't believe how fast you bounced back! Little Carson is so freaking adorable! Little Trevin is so cute. I love his train books. Crew was looking at the pics with me and totally wanted his Thomas the train stuff! :) I love your first family picture you guys had taken in the hospital.
